Kenya struggled against Comoros missing key chances in a crucial COSAFA Cup Group B encounter.
Ten-man Kenya suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Comoros in their Group B encounter of the 2024 COSAFA Cup on Sunday afternoon.
Ken Odhiambo’s side came to the encounter off the back of a 2-0 victory over defending champions Zambia in their previous Group B clash, while Comoros suffered a defeat to Zimbabwe.
Emerging Stars established themselves as the dominant force early in the game, and their first goal attempt came from Benson Omala, who shot wide of the near post following a set piece in the ninth minute.
