Djed Spence was once again a standout performer as Spurs beat Ipswitch.

Harambee Stars prospect Djed Spence was on the scoresheet when Tottenham Hotspur beat Ipswich Town 4-1 in the English Premier League match on Saturday.

The right back found the back of the net in the 77th minute after being teed up by King of assists James Maddison. Brennan Johnson grabbed a brace in the 18th and 26th minute with Heung-min Son assisting both goals, as the North London side headed into halftime with a 2-0 goal cushion.

Dejan Kulusevski rounded off the victory in the 84th minute. This was Spence's second goal in Spurs colours.

This was the second match in a row that Djed Spence has played a pivotal role. Last weekend, he was named Man of the Match against Manchester United by former Tottenham coach Harry Redknapp after helping Spurs silence their rivals 1-0.

For Djed Spence, his journey at Tottenham Hotspur has been nothing short of a dramatic turnaround.

Once considered surplus to requirements, the full-back has now emerged as one of Spurs’ most reliable performers, proving doubters wrong and silencing those who labeled him as having a bad attitude.
