Nottingham Forest heaped praises on the Super Eagles striker for his goal against Wolves
Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has praised Taiwo Awoniyi following the Nigerian striker's goal in the team's 3-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night.
Awoniyi came off the bench to score Forest's third goal, ending a 324-day goal drought.

Santo commended the striker's character, noting the positive reaction from his teammates.
"A lot. We were delighted; especially his teammates were delighted for him – the way he celebrated and even in the dressing room," Santo said after the game.

Nottingham Forest secured an important win against Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home in their race for the top four position.
"We need Taiwo. He is taking a while, but we are very happy for him. He deserves everything. He is such a nice guy," he concluded.
The 27-year-old will now be hoping for a starting position in Forest's FA Cup third-round match against Luton Town at the City Ground on Saturday.
