Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi Samuel has expressed his happiness after making his 100th Super Lig appearance for Fenerbahce.
In 2021, Osayi-Samuel left QPR to join Fenerbahce in an attempt to gain experience playing football in the top division.
And since his transfer, the Nigerian defender has been impressive for his team, forming a solid partnership with his teammates.
Osayi was also in action for Fenerbahce in their 4-0 bashing of Sivasspor on Sunday as they moved into second position on the table.

Osayi makes 100th appearance
Following Fenerbahce’s win yesterday, Osayi was happy to have played his 100th game for the club he joined in 2021.
Osayi took to X to celebrate his achievement afterwards, saying, “I am honoured and proud to play my 100th match in your presence on this important day. I am always ready to give my everything to be worthy of you. The biggest Fenerbahçe.”
Osayi-Samuel has made several appearances after taking over as coach under Jose Mourinho. And on Sunday, when Fenerbahce hosted Sivasspor, he scored his fifth goal of the season.
In the next few days, the Super Eagles will play Rwanda and Benin in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifications, and the Fenerbahce star will be hoping to bring his enthusiasm to the game.
