The gaffer has looked unsettled at the club over the last one month, missing matches against Kenya Police and Gor Mahia.
Ulinzi Stars head coach Bernard Mwalala appeared happy as he oversaw training at the club’s Ulinzi Sports Complex in Lang’ata over the weekend.
According to the club’s social media handles, Mwalala appeared very happy and cheerful, quashing suggestions he is unsettled at the club.
Before the soldiers faced Tusker in the FKF Cup semi-final in May, Mwalala had told his players that he would be quitting at the end of the match, but quickly dismissed them as rumors in his post-match sentiments following their 1-0 defeat at the Nyayo National Stadium.

"Those are rumors too. I've not held any discussions with Bandari. I don't know who the source of information is but the whole story is misleading," Mwalala said.
In their next match, a 1-1 draw with Kenya Police at the same venue, he was missing from the touchline with team manager Vincent Otieno taking charge of the match. Quizzed about his whereabouts, Otieno said: “Mwalala was not feeling well but he will be available for the next game against Gor Mahia.”
He then missed the match against Gor Mahia, a game where the soldiers were outplayed by the league leaders, and Mohammed Dalla Abdallah had to step in in his place.
However, based off the club’s recent social media activity, Mwalala appears not to be going anywhere anytime soon.
