"Step by step. I know I can do better, especially in front of goal, it's annoying not to score, but I know it'll come," Sancho said in an interview with Chelsea's official website.

He continued, "You just have to take time and be patient, but step by step."

Sancho's comments come after Chelsea's hard-fought 1-0 win over Leicester City at Stamford Bridge, which saw Marc Cucurella score the winning goal. Sancho was pleased with the team's performance and the three points.

"We're very happy with the points. It's a great position to be in, we want to play the Champions League next year, that's the aim, but it's gonna be very tough. We've got to keep at it, 100% all of the time," Sancho added.

With Chelsea returning to the top four in the Premier League, Sancho's goalscoring form will be important in the team's push for a Champions League spot.
