The 25-year-old had an emotional farewell from Paris Saint-Germain at the end of this season, as he is close to ending his seven-year association with the club. He is set to be announced by a new club in the coming weeks, and the former Monaco man could not cage his excitement.

What Mbappe said
Although Mbappe's next destination is almost certainly Real Madrid, as per multiple reports, the player is keeping his card close to his chest until an official announcement and has been refusing to hint at the next stop in his playing career.
In a recent interview with CNN, however, Mbappe let up a little more, and although he still has not explicitly named the club, he expressed his excitement to join them, win trophies, and meet his new teammates.

“I will leave my country for the first time,” Mbappe said. “It’s going to be an amazing experience and I can’t wait to be [at] my new club.
“I want to win trophies… when you speak about football, [it’s about] winning trophies, [and] being with new teammates.”
“[For] now, I have my contract with PSG… Everybody knows that it’s soon finishing and we’re going to see what happens.”
Most pressing for Mbappe now, however, is the European Championships in Germany, in which the PSG man will captain France and attempt to win the tournament for the first time in three tries.
