Conceicao initially hesitated to comment on the speculation during a press conference on Friday.
However, when pressed on the subject, he acknowledged that Milan are monitoring Rashford's situation.
Conceicao said: "You try in any way… in Portugal, it's even worse!
"Here, you talk about football, and I like it, but once in a while, somebody makes an attempt. But that's fine, I am here to reply. Rashford is a good player, like others.
"Let's see what happens."
Rashford, 27, has another three years remaining on his contract with Manchester United, but speculation surrounding his future continues to mount.
