This awful run of form has seen the champions drop to sixth in the table, trailing leaders Liverpool by 14 points.
As the January transfer window opens, the City boss has revealed his regret over selling Jesus Navas in 2017.
In a conversation with Navas, who has recently announced his retirement, Guardiola acknowledged his mistake in letting the Spaniard leave Manchester City.

"Thank you for the gift of having spent a year together. You don’t know how much I regret letting you go," Guardiola said.
Navas moved to the Etihad in 2013 and made 183 appearances for the club before returning to Sevilla.
Guardiola converted Navas into a right-back towards the end of his spell at Manchester City and has now admitted that he wishes he had kept the player for longer.
