Trucha has admitted that his players have made it difficult for him to know what the strongest AFC Leopards lineup is due to high competition for places.
AFC Leopards head coach Tomas Trucha has admitted he is yet to settle on his consistent first 11 due to the heavy competition for places in his squad.
Trucha has played Kayci Odhiambo as a midfielder in each of the last two games in the absence of Musa ‘Pele’ Oundo, and he has done well in that position, equally as well as he has when playing as a center-back.
Players have grabbed their chances whenever they have been given opportunities, performing to a high standard while trying to cement positions.

FKFPL Analysis : How Kayci Odhiambo can be AFC Leopards' John Stones in a hybrid midfield-center back role
Man City manager Pep Guardiola has been using John Stones in a hybrid midfield-center back role. Given Kayci is a midfielder-cum center back at AFC Leopards, could he be Tomas Trucha's version of the English defender at the club?
Trucha has admitted that competition for places has given him selection headaches.
“We are a big club and you need competition in every position,” Trucha said.
“I am not sleeping well because every night I am thinking who to play, who to not play because now Pele was suspended and he is the one also to play.”

FKFPL Tomas Trucha's half time pep talk that inspired AFC Leopards to victory
Trucha has revealed Nzoia Sugar pullled off a spirited fight that made it difficult for AFC Leopards because it suited them as underdogs.
Trucha has revealed he does not know what his strongest eleven is given everyone is working hard for the badge, even admitting guilt at leaving some players out of the matchday squad as a result.
“If you ask me who will play tomorrow, I do not know, because Kayci is doing well, Pele is doing well, Ken is doing well, Arthur (Gitego), Max (Otieno), Yakhama (Brian) is a good player who is not even on the bench.
“This is why we are AFC and we need to do better in every department.”
Meanwhile, Trucha has admitted January signing Kennedy Owino will need time to adapt to his demands and culture after recently making his second consecutive start for the club.
A natural born leader, people had expected him to become part of the leadership group immediately, something Trucha says he has already taken charge of.
“For now, we have the captain, so let Ken adapt to the culture, to our family, how we are working and I believe he is one of the senior players although not the captain yet, and he has a big impact in the dressing room.”
