Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has responded to critics who label his style of play as negative football.
The Gunners held Manchester City to a 2-2 draw last weekend, playing the second half with a man down.
Leandro Trossard was sent off a few minutes before halftime after the referee gave him a second yellow card for delaying the restart.
The red card decision left Arteta no choice but to defend his team’s 2-1 lead all through the second half.

Arteta responds about style of play
Arteta has given his opinion about the style of play he deployed against Manchester City after going down to 10 men.
According to Fabrizio, Mikel Arteta said, "I want to win games in our way... but understanding context."
"I want to wear flip flops, shorts... but with this weather? That's silly!". People will say Mikel, what are you doing? No, but I'm very brave! Yea, but tomorrow you’re sick.”
The Arsenal manager claimed that he wants to win games in his own way and not the way others want.
He explained that in some situations you have to make some changes to manage and control the challenges you are facing at the moment.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will welcome newcomer Leciester to the Emirate Stadium as they look to continue their unbeaten run this season.
