Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi, has revealed that he would love to play for Kano Pillars in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) if the opportunity arises.
His declaration comes after fellow Super Eagles teammates Ahmed Musa and Shehu Abdullahi recently joined the NPFL powerhouse, Kano Pillars.

Iwobi's admiration for Kano Pillars is evident, as he expressed his desire to join Musa at the club.
"I will join Musa at Kano Pillars," he said when asked about his preference.

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa started his professional career with Kano Pillars in 2009 and has returned to the club for the third time in his career.
The 2013 African Cup of Nations winner made an instant impact, scoring two goals in Kano Pillars' 2-0 victory over Sunshine Stars.
In 2010, he scored 18 goals for Pillars in 2018 which helped the team to a second-place finish in the NPFL and secured him the league's top scorer award, paving the way for a successful European career with VVV Venlo and Leicester City.

These players have made contributions to the league during their time in Nigeria.
Iwobi's statement highlights the growing interest in the NPFL among Nigerian players who have enjoyed success abroad.
