Jose Mourinho could be the next big name leaving Europe for Saudi Arabia having expressed his desire to coach in the Saudi Pro League.
Legendary Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho has expressed his desire to one day coach in the Saudi Pro League amidst the recent influx of top stars from Europe into the league.
Mourinho currently coaches Italian giants AS Roma and is in the final year of his three-year deal with the Giallorossi which has led to speculation on his future.
This has led to the 60-year-old considering joining the mass exodus of big-name players and coaches from top European leagues to Saudi Arabia.

Mourinho made the admission while speaking to Italian outlet, Rai1, “I think one day I will join Saudi Pro League. I think I will go and coach there, yes”.
However, Jose was quick to add, “But that day won’t be tomorrow or after tomorrow…” emphasising that he still has ambitions to continue on in Europe for now.
Mourinho recently reaffirmed his Roma as his priority, "I am committed to my work with Roma and I want to give everything to the club until the last day.”
The Portuguese tactician led Roma to their first European title in 2022 by winning the UEFA Europa Conference League.
