Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has heaped praise on his former manager David Moyes, saying he is a manager capable of getting his players wholly behind him.
The Spaniard played under Moyes during his playing career at Everton, and he says he is full of respect for the Scotsman, who he says could get him to run through a wall.

Moyes, the current manager of West Ham, was Arteta’s coach at Everton, and the former PSG player had rave reviews for his former coach turned colleague.
The 41-year-old said he loved playing for Moyes, and he and his teammates at the time were always ready to go the extra mile in the Everton shirt with Moyes in the dugout.
Arteta praised his man-management skills, saying he is a master at managing the dressing room, before hailing his personality, calling him a trustworthy person who never broke his word.

"I think more than respect it’s admiration. I loved playing for him, I would go through a brick wall for him when he was my manager and i think everybody would in that squad,” Arteta said, per the BBC.
“A really good coach. Exceptional at managing the group and dealing with individuals and then a very special person. A really special human being. Very trustworthy and a man who honours his word. He always did it and someone who I learned a lot from."

As previously reported, West Ham boss David Moyes fancies his side’s chances against league leaders Arsenal, saying his team will try to beat the high-flying Gunners.
Arsenal continues their march towards their first league title since 2004, and this weekend they face struggling West Ham, who are a whopping 40 points behind the table toppers, and only three points above the drop zone.
