The Ibeju Lekki Football Coaches Council Association has called for the development of Football in the community.
The leader of the coaches' council, Victor Akinmoyo, made the call during the maiden annual general meeting held at the Lekki LCDA Conference Hall on Saturday.
Pulse Sports reports that the Ibeju Lekki Football Coaches Council Association was granted membership to be a council in December 2022.

The renowned football administrator told PULSE SPORTS that the Ibeju Lekki Football League will get bigger and better.
According to him, "I have witnessed the cooperation that has helped us achieve a lot; the strength and unity that binds us Together, they are visible and have been pivotal to the fulfillment of objectives.
"As an example, we were able to achieve a successful League playoff with the cooperation and efforts of coaches and other stakeholders. I believe that the next season of the Ibeju Lekki Football League can only get bigger and better and I hope we all look forward to the next season with anticipation and expectations.

"I believe that we will get to the level where the Ibeju Lekki Football League will become recognized as one of the tiers of the Nigerian Professional Football Leagues. We will continue to work for the development of football in this community, the education of our coaches, and the growth and improvement in the abilities of teams in the Ibeju Lekki community. We will not rest on our oars.
"I appeal to stakeholders to join us in our quest and efforts to push for the betterment of our members and the development of football in our community."
On his part, the Chairman of the Epe Football Association, who also doubled as the Chairman, of the Lagos State Divisional Football Association, Segun Osinaike, applauded the Ibeju Lekki Coaches and vowed continued support for the coaches.
Ibeju Lekki Leagues Set for kick-off
All is set for the kick-off of the Ibeju Lekki League as the clubs are unveiled for Leagues One and Two.
The clubs in League One: Young Strikers FC, Rogers FC, Sterfield FC, Hero Academikal FC, BD Wise Global FC, Success FC, Young Star Fc, Bright Star Fc, Tickko FC, Top FC, Dream Team SA, and Saints FC.
