With the summer window only two months away, clubs and players have begun to think of their next move, and so is one of Bournemouth’s stars, who has been linked to several top clubs.

Milo Kerkez has been one of the best left backs in the Premier League this season, having played 29 games, providing five assists and scoring two himself as the Cherries look to secure European qualification.

The 21-year-old made the switch to England from AZ Alkmaar in 2023, and has been a revelation so far.

Liverpool have reportedly been on his case as they look to strengthen their left back options ahead of next season, and his latest comments could leave the Reds with some encouragement.

Speaking to the Athletic ahead of Bournemouth’s FA Cup quarter-final clash with Manchester City on Sunday, the Hungarian mentioned that he was ready to take the next step in his career.

“As a kid, you dream to play at the highest level, win the trophies, be on the best teams,” Kerkez said.

“These are the things that my agent is on. My dad is on. It is not something that they occupy me with because the season is still going, so there’s no point to talk about anything.

“There’s games left, the FA Cup is important for us — these are big things.

Kerkez also admitted that he is aware of Liverpool fans wanting him to join the club.

“It’s not like I don’t see it (the comments). When people say they don’t see stuff if someone says something about you, I think it’s a lie,” he said.

The Cherries have never won a trophy at the top level, and Kerkez will be hoping to help the club achieve that in the FA Cup this season.
