Luisa Kremleva claims she had been sexually assaulted by Theo Hernandez inside a Porsche Cayenne
Luisa Kremleva, an Instagram model with dual Russian-Spanish nationality, is set to appear in court later this month over accusations of making a false rape claim against AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez.
Kremleva faces a possible two-year prison sentence if convicted, as public prosecutors have requested, alongside a fine of £12,000.
The case stems from an incident that allegedly took place outside the luxurious Olivia Valere nightclub in Marbella.
Kremleva initially told authorities that she had been raped in a Porsche Cayenne, claiming that Hernandez had assaulted her and caused knee injuries by pushing her out of the vehicle.
