Why Logan Paul wants to fight Messi
Last year, the Argentina international announced a new drink brand, Mas+, to compete in the world of energy drinks.
The announcement was, however, controversial, as many fans noticed the similarities in the branding of Mas+ with another product in the same market, Logan and KSI’s own Prime Hydration.
Both parties, Mas+ and Prime, are currently embroiled in legal battle, and some days ago, Paul released a video asking Messi to resolve the issue with a wrestling match.
"Brother, you copied us,” Paul said in the video. “Everyone saw it. They saw what you did. Everyone notices it, and then we got sued. Hold on, wait, what? This ain’t justice. So we countersued, obviously.

"If you can’t beat the best, you gotta be the best. But that’s illegal. That’s trademark infringement.
“We’re holding him accountable, and it’s harassment? All jokes aside, I will consider dropping this if Logan Paul vs Messi [gets made in] 2025. I’ll see you in the ring, brother.”
Paul clears the air
The YouTuber faced some backlash for his comments, and in a subsequent YouTube episode, which he co-hosts with his brother Jake Paul—who beat Mike Tyson—Logan withdrew his statement.

"Bro, people think I really wanna fight Messi because I made that video. Everyone’s like, ‘Of course you want to fight someone retired and smaller than you.’ It was a f*cking joke. I’m not fighting Messi guys; it was a joke for attention. For f*cking attention, bro.”
