Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has suggested that the team does not need any January signings to win the Premier League.
The Gunners have challenged for the Premier League title in the last two seasons but only came close on both occasions.
This season they were clear favourites to win the title but have fallen behind Liverpool, who are top of the league.
Arsenal have struggled with injuries to key players this season, with the latest injury to Bukayo Saka and Ben White a major concern for Arteta.

Arteta speaks on Arsenal’s transfer
Arteta has insisted that he will not make a last-minute move this transfer window, saying that acquiring a new striker would not ensure that they would catch leaders Liverpool.
According to the Sun, Arteta said, “Signing somebody is not enough, that’s for sure. That signing has to score, then how many goals? Score 20 goals from here to the end and you have a better chance? Maybe, yes.
“If something stronger is in the market that we can afford and believe is going to have a real impact, we always have to be open to that possibility. But at the moment, the focus is on what we have.
“I’m very happy with the players we have and the number of goals we’ve scored, it’s more than enough to win a Premier League. But someone is doing more, so we have to be better. That’s life.
“If we panic in the transfer window it means we are not prepared. When you are well prepared, your decision will be better, very well processed. We are ready if we have to do something.”
Arsenal will travel to Brighton in their quest to put pressure on Liverpool and will be hoping to come out with a win.
