Key match details
Fulham exploded out of the blocks, dominating the early exchanges in this fiery London derby. Despite Fulham's one-sided assault, Brentford struck against the run of play, courtesy of Vitaly Janelt's breathtaking 30-yard screamer.
Undeterred, Fulham continued to probe, but their finishing touch deserted them. Emile Smith Rowe's unmarked header, straight at Ethan Pinnock and into Flekken's arms, epitomised their profligacy.
The Cottagers resumed their aggressive posture in the second half, with Alex Iwobi's flashed effort wide of the target setting the tone. However, Brentford's counter-attacks, spearheaded by Keane Lewis-Potter's maverick runs down the left, kept Fulham's defence on high alert.
Fulham kept pushing and were rewarded for their industry Kate in the game. Harry Wilson stole in front of Mee to expertly flick home Traore's cross, snatching a dramatic equaliser for Fulham.
In a sensational finale, Antonee Robinson's cross was powerfully headed home by Wilson, sending Craven Cottage into raptures and catapulting Fulham, who were previously level on points with Manchester United, into the top half.
