What KCCA FC have left is the belief that their season can be turned around in one way or the other.

Atleast interim head coach Jackson Magera thinks so; this was after his first game in charge on Thursday night at Lugogo against NEC, which they lost 2-0 with Cromwell Rwothomio doing the damage.

KCCA FC's fifth straight loss of the season sent them to the bottom of the 16-team log of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

"We have no choice but to fight until the last hour," Magera said in the post-match press conference before adding.

"The players need to know the level and weight of the club they are playing for and play with more responsibility."

Many thought that after the four straight defeats to BUL (1-0), Maroons (2-1), Express (2-1) and Kitara (3-1), KCCA FC were going to pick their first three points of the season, it was not the case.

"We didn't defend with responsibility, and we also created chances, but we didn't take them," Magera noted.

But how do you get yourselves out of such situations: "We need to change our mentality and to play with responsibility in post moments of the game."

KCCA FC will make the long trip to West Nile to play Arua Hill on October 31st before facing reigning champions Vipers at Lugogo on November 10th.

They have a trip to Busoga United another home tie to SOltiro Bright Stars before facing SC Villa at Wankulukuku.
