Two late goals helped Chelsea come from behind to beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 in a Premier League crunch tie at City Ground.

Chelsea complete turnaround to move into Europa League spot

Defeats for Luton Town and Burnley earlier in the day meant Forest were mathematically safe before kickoff.
