Wijnaldum equalised after Aidan Yahya opened the scoring for the hosts before Mohammed Al Fatil restored the hosts advantage.
Al Fatil scored at the other end with eight minutes to go and Wijnaldum popped up with the winner seven minutes later to complete the turnaround.
The game finished with some late drama as Jhon Duran's petulant swipe at an opponent earned him a red card in stoppage time.
