Motta's Coaching Journey

Thiago Motta began his coaching career in 2018 with the youth side of Paris Saint Germain, the club where he had ended his playing career just a few months prior.

But his journey in Italian football started at Genoa in 2019 before he went on to take over the head coaching positions at Spezia and Bologna.

Last season, Motta led Bologna to a historic Champions League qualification, a remarkable achievement that has now earned him the top job at Juventus.

The Serie A giants will be hoping that Motta's tactical acumen and his ability to develop young talent can help the club regain their dominance in the Italian top flight and potentially challenge for European glory.

Juventus fans will be eager to see how the new manager fares in his first season at the helm, as the club looks to bounce back from a disappointing campaign under Allegri's leadership.

The Old Lady appear to have gone past their glory days with their last Serie A title in the 2019/2020 season.
