18 days after he was announced as the new boss, Dogo has promised to bring back stability to the Harmony Boys who are struggling in the 2023 NPFL.
Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL side Kwara United have unveiled Kabiru Dogo as the new technical adviser.
Dogo's unveiling ceremony, which was held at the club's secretariat on Tuesday afternoon in Ilorin, comes 18 days after he the club announced his appointment as the new boss as reported by Pulse Sports Nigeria.
The club shared on their social media account a picture of the experienced manager putting paper to a three-year contract that will see him manage the club until 2026.
Kwara will make progress
The Harmony Boys have had a difficult start to the 2023 abridged NPFL, with the club currently languishing in relegation waters.
Speaking during his unveiling, Dogo, who has already started work at the club, noted that the Harmony Boys will make progress under him.

But he added that his new players will need a change in mentality, attitude and psyche heading into the next phase at the club.
“I want to assure everybody that during our time Kwara United will continue to make progress and achieve more,” he said per Kwara media.

“What I met on ground in the team is good, we only need to change their mentality, psyche them up and change their attitude towards work,” he added.
Speaking on behalf of the club, General manager, Bashir Badawiy said that the new manager is one of their own who must be respected.
“Kabiru Dogois one of our own and we must give him respect,” he said.
