Manchester United legend Dimitar Berbatov has named Arsenal's Kai Havertz as the one payer who plays like him.
Berbatov spent 4 seasons at Manchester United between 2008 and 2012, scoring 56 goals in 149 games and winning two league titles.
The ex-United man, celebrated for his technical prowess and distinctive playing style, recently shared his thoughts on a current Premier League player whose style resonates with his own.
Berbatov praises Arsenal man Kai Havertz
Speaking with Stadium Astro, Berbatov, who also played for Tottenham, and Fulham, pointed to Kai Havertz as the individual who, in his opinion, mirrors his style of play.
“I don’t like comparing, but to answer the question, the first person popping into my mind is Kai Havertz,” Berbatov said.
"He has that way of moving around the pitch and not necessarily in a way that he’s in a hurry.
"He’s watching, he’s studying, he’s taking his time. He has a good touch as well on the ball. So I like him to be honest and I wish him all the best at Arsenal.”
