The towering defender has revealed how using online platforms have helped identify Al Hilal's strengths and weaknesses.

Robinson Kamura has revealed how online platforms have helped make things easy for Homeboyz ahead of their crunch CAF Confederation Cup clash against Al Hilal Benghazi of Libya at the Nyayo National Stadium on Saturday.

The former AFC Leopards captain is “grateful” to be in an era where the internet “has made things easy” for teams to scout their opponents, a tool he says his teammates have taken full advantage of before they launch their continental campaign.

“We are grateful to be in an era where the internet has made things easy,” Kamura told Sports Eye,. “ Every player had the chance to ‘stalk’ the team. They have also done the same I am sure,” he added.

Kamura has revealed that, apart from scouting their game, his teammates have also made the extra strep of observing how Al Hilal’s new signings like to play in order to know how to stop them.

“You can see how they have been preparing. Maybe for their new players, you can go to YouTube and see how they have been playing and how they operate in certain positions," he added.

“Things have been made easier so it is easy to prepare mentally. We are ready but there are things you have to do at this level professionally. We have prepared well and I think it is a good thing for us and the team.”

Kamura has told fans to expect to witness “a hardworking Homeboyz” like the one they saw in the build up to the FKF Cup win last season.

“Just expect a hard working Homeboyz like you have been seeing. We will push ourselves to the limit to get a win at home and try to get to the next round," said Kamura.

“Training has been good. We have no serious injuries. We are up to the task and are excited since it is the first time Homeboyz are playing in the continental games.

“We are the only team representing Kenya this time. We want to work hard and represent the country in a good and positive way.

“It is good we have started at home. We can do all that needs to be done to get a win in the first leg.”
