Kasule's transfer to the big apple had hit a few bumps involving three clubs, all claiming his ownership.
Parent club Wakiso Giants, Turkish side Ankara Keciörengücü where he had been sold by Wakiso and New York Red Bull II, who claimed Kasule had signed with them before his move to Turkey is the entanglement Kasule was involved in.
Kasule had joined Ankara Keciörengücü but later changed his mind and returned to Uganda to force his move to the States.

Kasule joined Turkish Second League side Ankara during the January transfer window for an undisclosed fee, despite holding a prior pre-contract agreement with Redbull, it is claimed.
Since Wakiso Giants had already agreed to a fee with the Turkish club, it was up to NewYork Red Bull II to engage Ankara Keciörengücü to sign the player, and that seems to have been sorted.
Kasule's arrival to the States was revealed by Ibra Ssekagya, who shared a picture on his official Twitter handle with the midfielder and forward Frank Ssebuufu.
Kasule also shared a photo on his Twitter handle standing next to the New York Red Bull II Badge at the club facility captioned: "Alhamdulillah, let your will be upon me, ya Allah."
With Kasule now set to join NewYork Red Bull II, he will become the third Ugandan at the club, joining former teammate Ssebuufu and former KCCA FC winger Steven Sserwada.

It is understood that Wakiso Giants duly sanctioned a transfer to Ankara in January for an undisclosed fee, but that is after the club had also signed pre-contract agreements with New York.
At the time of his departure to Turkey, Kasule scored five goals and recorded six assists for Waksio Giants.
