Iliyasu Sports and Marshall Academy will kick off the 2022–2023 Kebbi Beach Soccer League Super 4 on Thursday.
The Super Four will be a title decider to determine the winner of the league after three rounds of games.
The Super Four will be held at the Sanni Abacha Bypass in Birnin Kebbi from January 26 to 29.
The Super Four was earlier scheduled to take place on January 19–21 but was later postponed.
Journey to Super 4
Magatakarda BSC finished first in Group A with 21 points after three rounds of group-stage games, while Marshal Academy BSC finished second with 18 points.
In Group B, Soccer Club (BSC) and Iliyasu Sports BSC made it to the group while the defending champions finished fourth.
Super 4 fixtures
Group B leaders, Iliyasu Sports Cafe Beach Soccer Club (BSC), and Group A runners-up, Marshal Academy BSC will play the first game of the day by 4:00 p.m.
In the second game of the day, Group A winners Magatakarda BSC and Group B runners-up, Dallatun Kalgo BSC will set the sand ablaze by 5 p.m.
At the end of three rounds of matches, a new champion will emerge to replace last season's winners, Atiku Bagudu BSC.
Atiku Bagudu BSC couldn't qualify for the Super 4 after a third-place finish in Group A with 13 points, five points behind second-placed Marshall Academy BSC and eight points less than Magatakarda BSC.
