FOOTBALL Muguna sings FKF praises ahead of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers
The 2016 KPL Most Valuable Player (MVP) winner with Western Stima has revealed that the federation has done well ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The Law Enforcers had struggled in their initial four league games, leading to the management's decision to part ways with former coach Francis Baraza and bring in Logarusic, a seasoned coach with experience at Gor Mahia and AFC Leopards.
Logarusic admitted that there were “so many things he did not like about the team” despite getting their first win of the season, but is hopeful that they can “improve” under his tutelage if they are to stand a chance of achieving their maiden FKFPL title come April next year.
“It is up to the players,” Logarusic said. “You know we talk about players who some of them (who have) play competitive leagues, some of them play for the national team, some of them (have) played in much bigger clubs,” he added.

FOOTBALL Nick Mwendwa throws unwavering support behind Saudi Arabia's bid to host 2034 World Cup
Kenya pledges support for Saudi Arabia's bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup, fostering global football camaraderie and anticipation.
Logarusic has pledged to improve his players “step by step” by playing to their strengths as he attempts to improve them tactically both individually and as a collective.
“I have to go step by step. Does not matter how much football I know. When I see that there is a level they can reach, I have to go to that level.
“If I go above what they can accept, I will confuse them and I do not want to confuse them. I want to keep them in (a certain level) of comfort zone tactically.
“If I see they are in this level of comfort zone tactically,I have to put them in another level, that means I give them some challenges.
“They do not know how much they do not know, this is the reason why I am here. They can improve, but they are good.”
Police will face City Stars in their sixth league game of the season this weekend.
