Her own FA has been accusing her of lying over the past few days and their complaints have only gotten louder since a video emerged of her laughing at a meme depicting the incident.

Hermoso staying away from public
The 33-year-old has sought safety in Madrid with relatives and friends while maintaining frequent touch with her agents, MKT Jersey, and the players' association, FUTPRO, according to Marca.
The union's attorneys are debating whether Hermoso should send Rubiales to Spain's National Court for alleged sexual assault. Rubiales is currently the subject of an inquiry by that court.

According to reports from Daily Mail, Hermoso has been urged to avoid checking her phone or social media as she thinks about rejoining her club team, Mexican outfit Pachuca.
The forward is claimed to be eager to return to her club. Her last public appearance was last Saturday when she was spotted in the box at the Wanda Alcala de Henares Sports Center to watch the Women's Cup final.
Rubiales sent FIFA a copy of the footage
A copy of a video showing the women's soccer team rejoicing and making jokes about Rubiales' notorious kiss was given to FIFA by Rubiales.
Journalist Alvise Perez posted the video to X, formerly known as Twitter, where Hermoso can be seen giggling at a meme depicting Rubiales kissing her.
A source close to him told MailOnline: "This footage is gold dust for Rubiales." It has since come to light that he forwarded the film to FIFA headquarters in an effort to clear his identity.

“She waited more than three days to make a complaint, if she was that offended why not say something straight away and why joke about it with teammates?”
