The 13 club presidents, chairpersons and chief executive officers that were present at the 10th FUFA Super League Limited a week ago reminded FUFA of the promise they made last year.
Ssekibengo made his debut on September 22nd in the club’s 2-0 victory over Gaddafi in Lugazi.
Ssekibengo relished the opportunity, terming his debut a “dream come true”.
“Making my debut for URA FC and in the UPL will forever be one of my biggest career moments,” The youngster told the club portal recently.
“It was a dream come true for me, and the fact that we were home, the fans showed me alot of love and support, my teammates kept pushing me on, which boosted my confidence and put pressure off me,” he adds.
The sixteen-year-old has returned to his school, Kitovu, to concentrate on the upcoming ordinary-level examinations before he returns.
