Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has officially announced his departure from the Serie A club, confirming long-standing rumours of a move to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Georgian winger shared a heartfelt goodbye message on social media, thanking the club, fans, and the city for an unforgettable chapter in his career.
Kvaratskhelia says goodbye to Napoli
In an emotional video posted on Instagram, Kvaratskhelia reflected on his time at Napoli, describing the experience as transformative both personally and professionally.
"Naples was my home, where I felt wonderful thanks to each of you," he said, adding, "I spent an amazing time here, we shared a lot of memories together, experienced a lot of amazing emotions."
The 23-year-old winger joined Napoli in 2022 from Dinamo Batumi and quickly became a sensation. During his debut season, he scored 12 goals and provided 13 assists in 34 league appearances, playing a pivotal role in Napoli's first Serie A title in 33 years, earning him the Serie A Player of the Year award for the 2022/23 season.
Expressing his gratitude, Kvaratskhelia thanked everyone involved in his journey at the club, saying"I learned a lot here, both on and off the pitch. I grew as a person and as a player... I would like to thank everyone who works at the club.

Kvaratskhelia ready for PSG challenge
The Georgian international had been linked with the French champions during the summer but ultimately stayed at Napoli under new coach Antonio Conte.
Conte recently confirmed that Kvaratskhelia had requested an immediate transfer, paving the way for his switch to Paris. "It's hard for me, but it's time to say goodbye," the winger admitted.
In his two-and-a-half-year tenure at Napoli, Kvaratskhelia recorded an impressive 30 goals and 29 assists in 107 appearances across all competitions.
His contract, initially set to run until 2027, will now be transferred to PSG, where he is expected to bolster an already star-studded lineup.
