Kibera is a very big community with a lot of passion for football and LaLiga stakeholders believe there is a lot of potential and hidden talent that could be untapped with proper education, equipment and coaching can become great athletes, coaches managers or entrepreneurs in the football or sport industry.
Beyond their talent the Spanish top division also aims to work on their life skills and character to become the best version of themselves.
In order to do that, it has partnered with the IBL that has been doing an amazing job in the last years on the ground, teaching good habits and motivating many young children in the area to continue a healthy life using sport as a vehicle for a better life and new opportunities.
LaLiga further aims at organizing a yearly schedule with different mentorship activities and capacity building workshops which can create a big impact in the long term and further attract the attention of new partners coming on board.
