Lookman vs Real Madrid
The game began with an early goal from Mbappe, giving Real Madrid the lead in the 10th minute. However, Atalanta responded just before halftime with a penalty converted by Charles De Ketelaere, levelling the score at 1-1.
In the second half, the visitors regained control with goals from Vinicius Jr. and Bellingham, pushing the score to 3-1.
But Super Eagles forward Lookman brought Atalanta back into contention with a stunning curling strike in the 65th minute for his third goal in this season's Champions League.
Despite Atalanta's spirited effort and several chances to equalise, including a near miss from Mateo Retegui at the end of the match, they could not find another goal as Los Blancos held on for the important victory and three points.

Lookman's performance was particularly noteworthy; he completed 88% of his passes, created two key chances, and made three successful dribbles.
UEFA’s technical team praised him as a "constant threat" to Real Madrid's defence, highlighting his close control and impactful strike for his goal.
"He was a constant threat to the Real Madrid defence, showcasing fantastic close control when dribbling and coming up with a superb strike for his goal," UEFA’s technical team stated in their post-match report.
The fans also praised the Nigerian, with one fan stating that 'Lookman what he is' while another added; 'Imagine winning the player of the match against Real Madrid while your team lost; that just shows the level Ademola is playing at right now."
His contributions this season have been significant, with Lookman’s goal contributions now 11 goals and five assists in 18 appearances across all competitions.
Atalanta remain in contention for both the Champions League and Serie A, where Lookman and La Dea currently sit at the top of the league table.
