Luton Town have been promoted to the Premier League after beating Coventry 6-5 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in the Championship play-off at Wembley on Saturday.
The achievement means Luton will play in the top flight for the first time in 31 years. They were relegated in 1992, in the final season before the Premier League was formed.
They took the lead in the first half through Jordan Clark before Gustavo Hamer hit back for Coventry in the second.

"The squad, the spirit we’ve got. I’m gutted for Locks (Tom Lockyer); he deserved to be there holding that trophy. Hopefully we’ll be able to see him tonight," Luton defender Dan Potts told Sky Sports after the incredible achievement.
"The gaffer always says health is the most important thing, along with family. The lads have been practicing penalties for a while. Everyone said, 'Just pick your spot and have no regrets'.
