The 24-year-old joined Manchester City from River Plate at the start of the 2022/23 season, and he played as a spare, starting only 13 league games.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Alvarez is frustrated about his game time at Manchester City, and his feet are itching to test new waters.
Per the report, Paris Saint-Germain have already made a move, and Premier League side, Chelsea are also on the prowl.
