Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has said the club needs better players to compete with the best teams in Europe.
Rashford netted the fourth goal in his first game back for the club to help the Red Devils thrash Chelsea 4-1 to seal a return to Champions League football in style at Old Trafford on Thursday.
The goal was Rashford’s 30th of the season in all competitions, becoming the first player since former club hero Robin van Persie achieved the feat 10 years ago at the club.
While that tally represents the best of Rashford’s career so far, his manager, Ten Hag, believes he still has areas to improve on and has challenged him to score a step further by scoring 40 goals next season.

'I think (he can do more), yes,' said the Dutchman according to a report from Daily Mail. “There's a lot of room for improvement in his game.
