The Dutch manager has given supporters of the Red Devils much-needed positive news.
Manchester United defenders Lisandro Martinez and Noussair Mazraoui are available for selection in Tuesday's EFL Cup match against Barnsley, Erik ten Hag has confirmed.

Both players were substituted during the second half of Saturday's 3-0 Premier League victory over Southampton due to apparent injuries.
The Dutch manager also confirmed that Matthijs de Ligt, who scored the opening goal in that match, has recovered from cramps and is also fit to play.
“They are all available, they are good,” said Ten Hag on Martinez and Mazraoui on Monday.
However, the United boss revealed that Rasmus Hojlund, Mason Mount and Victor Lindelof are not ready for Tuesday's game but their progress will be monitored for the upcoming weekend’s match at Crystal Palace.
“They are not ready for tomorrow. We will see (for the weekend) how the progress will continue,” continued the Man Utd boss.
