Kevin De Bruyne has provided an update on his contract situation at Manchester City amid interest from the MLS.
Kevin De Bruyne has revealed that there have been no contract talks with Manchester City, casting serious doubts over his future at the club.
The Belgian midfielder, who has been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League and MLS side San Diego FC, is eligible to negotiate with non-English clubs over a free transfer from January 1.
When asked about his future after the 2-0 win at Leicester City, De Bruyne told The Independent:
"No. Nothing yet."
De Bruyne, who has been struggling with injury concerns, seems to be edging slowly back to his best as City look to return to a semblance of their most consistent form.
With a busy Christmas schedule complete, the 33-year-old is hopeful of stepping up his recovery.
