Manchester United get Real Betis in round of 16 draw
The Red Devils have now faced a Spanish team in each round of the Europa League this season, and will be wary of the draw due to their dodgy record against teams from LaLiga.
Manchester United have been knocked out of Europe by a Spanish team in their last five continental adventures and Real Betis have a chance to make it six in six after Barcelona failed to get the job done in the last round.
Manchester United will play the first leg at home after being seeded lower than Real Betis with the second leg coming at the Benito Villamarin.
Other Spanish teams left in the draw include Sevilla and Real Sociedad who play Fenerbahce and Roma respectively.
Other matches in the round of 16 draws
Other interesting draws include Juventus taking on Freiburg and Sporting Lisbon earning a tie against Premier League leaders Arsenal after beating Midtjylland in the playoff round.
The German Bundesliga has the most representatives in the draw and in addition to Freiburg taking on Juventus, Bayer Leverkusen will also take on Ferencvarosi while Union Berlin battle namesakes Union Saint-Gilloise of Belgium.
The final tie in the round of 16 will be between Ukrainian giants Shakhtar Donetsk and the last Dutch representatives in the competition, Feyenoord.
