Godfrey Lwesibawa has calmed his supporters as he asked to be excused from questions about the match-fixing scandal going on.

The others are referees Deogracious Opio and George Nkurunziza and six players invluding Gaddafi FC duo Andrew Waiswa and Yaya Mahad Kakooza, Saleh Maganda Saleh (Calvary FC), Franco Oringa Franco (Northern Gateway FC) and Mwima Abdallah (Ndejje University).

SUPL FUFA suspends six players, two referees over match-fixing
FUFA claims to have received confidential reports, confessions from individuals as well as studied the available ata from the Match Integrity reports.
The decision to suspend the eight was taken by the Investigation Chamber of the FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Committee in compliance with Article 73 of the FUFA Ethics and Disciplinary Code.
