Cristiano Ronaldo continues to break records for club and country and the 40-year-old is not stopping anytime soon.

Cristiano Ronaldo keeps breaking one record after another.

The Portuguese superstar was recently honored with a Guinness World Record for achieving 132 international victories, the most by any player in football history.

This prestigious recognition came just before Portugal's UEFA Nations League quarter-final second leg against Denmark, and, in typical Ronaldo fashion, he celebrated by finding the net and helping Portugal secure a 5-3 extra-time victory, sending them to the semi-finals.

With over two decades of international football under his belt, Ronaldo has built an illustrious career since making his debut for Portugal in 2003.

His latest milestone saw him surpass former Real Madrid teammate Sergio Ramos, who previously held the record with 131 international wins.

Before Sunday's clash, Ronaldo was presented with a commemorative plaque by Guinness World Records.

Despite missing a penalty, he responded with a goal, further fueling Portugal's quest for Nations League glory.

At 40 years young, Ronaldo continues to defy Father Time and break records that few in football history can match, including his long-time rival Lionel Messi.

He is Portugal's all-time leading scorer with 136 goals in 218 matches, the highest goal scorer in men's international football history, and the all-time leading scorer in UEFA Champions League history.

It's safe to say Ronaldo's legacy is cemented, and he is far from finished.
