Jose Mourinho took to Instagram to protest against another dubious call in favour of Galatasaray.

With his big social media following, Jose Mourinho has once again shone the spotlight on refereeing errors favouring Super Lig leaders Galatasaray.

The Fenerbahce boss has been vocal about perceived refereeing bias in favour of the Cim-Bom this season. He has addressed instances in press conferences, and in more recent weeks, he used his 5.6 million followers-strong social media account.

Another error in favour of Galatasaray

Less than a week ago, the Super Lig champions had a massive controversial call in their favour.

They scraped past Gaziantep 1-0 but should probably have had a penalty against them when Davidson Sanchez handled the ball in his area; however, referee Kadir Saglam and the “foreign” VAR team waved play on. Mourinho, in protest, screen-grabbed the incident and shared it on Instagram.

Mourinho goes on Instagram again

Today, in the clash against Adana Demirspor, a clear dive from Dries Mertens resulted in a penalty that was converted by Alvaro Morata. The incensed visitors walked out of the Rams Park pitch in protest, and the game remains abandoned at the point of writing.

The Portuguese tactician immediately took to Instagram, where he shared a cheeky post. Using the carousel feature, he sandwiched a clip of Mertens’ dive between two pictures of himself.

Mourinho's Fenerbahce, as it stands, are six points behind Galatasaray in the title race. The Portuguese believes Galatasaray’s lead has comes due to several contentious refereeing decisions
