Jose Mourinho's men trailed for much of the first half, but clawed their wack into the contest to beat their hosts 2-1.
Goals from former Manchester City forward Edin Dzeko and Morocco international Youssef En Nesyri helped Fenerbahce turn the game on its head after the Canaries initially went behind to Tomas Chory's seventh minute opener.
The win sees Fenerbahce in 15th place in the Europa League standing giving them a good chance of making the first play-off rounds of the competition.
How it happened
The hosts took an early lead when Chory opened the scoring for Slavia in the seventh minute, finishing off Lukas Provod’s cross.
Slavia Prague dominated early, but Fenerbahçe gradually grew into the game, with Dzeko equalising in the 35th minute after a brilliant individual effort.
Slavia thought they had reclaimed the lead through Provod, but his goal was ruled out due to Chory being offside.
The match remained competitive and physical, with yellow cards and missed chances defining the second half before Fenerbahçe’s substitutions proved decisive, as En-Nesyri scored the winner in the 85th minute, converting a pass from Dusan Tadic.
The result leaves Slavia outside the play-off spots after their third consecutive UEL defeat, while Fenerbahce climbed to 15th, just two points from automatic qualification.
