Mourinho's Roma keen on Firmino
According to Calciomercato, Serie A giants AS Roma are hoping to sign the Brazilian at the end of the season.
Room are looking to add more quality to their attacking department, and the 31-year-old could prove to be a solid acquisition.
There is no doubt that Firmino remains one of the best attackers in the Premier League, and he could make an immediate impact on Serie A, should a move to Rome materialise.
The 31-year-old can operate in a number of attacking positions effectively and this will certainly be an added bonus for the club and Jose Mourinho.
The Brazil international has scored 11 goals and provided five assists across all competitions this season, and moving to Italy may be the perfect opportunity for him at this stage of his career.
His career could be prolonged by the lower physical demands of the Italian league as well as its low intensity.
