Revealed: What sparked chaos during Muhoroni Youth versus KCB match
KCB coach Bernard Mwalala attacked in violent clash during Muhoroni Youth vs. KCB match, sparking chaos and raising safety concerns.
Ugly scenes were witnessed in the latter stages of the contest when KCB coach Bernard Mwalala was pushed to the ground by a Muhoroni official, leading to a scuffle before the referee put a stop to the match.
Following the incident, FKF have responded with fines for Muhoroni with the game handed to KCB courtesy of 2-0 win with the home side fined Ksh300,000 and ordered to play their next five home games in an empty stadium.
With calls to have the Muhoroni Stadium banned from hosting any league matches due to its increasingly risky state, FKF seems to have listened, albeit temporarily, as the club will play its next home matches way from Muhoroni and without fans.
Muhoroni Youth chairman Moses Adagala has also been banned from attending the club's next three games as part of the sanctions.
