Seal were able to hold on to their two-goal lead and they ran out 2-0 winners over Tusker in the afternoon.
The result saw Murang'a remain third on the league standings while Tusker slipped to 13th place on the table with ten matches played this season.
At Muhoroni Stadium, Kakamega Homeboyz saw most of the ball in the opening stages of the match and they should have grabbed an early goal through Brian Wekesa.
Eston Omengo flashed the ball across the face of the Homeboyz goal-posts and it found Moses Shumah , who placed his effort wide of the target in the 13th minute.
Muhoroni were very quick on the counter-attack and they nearly took the lead in the 28th minute against the run of play.
