Simba wa Nairobi have drawn two and lost one of their opening three league matches, but Muyoti sees no reason to panic yet.
Nairobi City Stars head coach Nicholas Muyoti has refused to hit the panic buttons after his side were thrashed 4-1 by Gor Mahia on Sunday afternoon.
The home team led 3-0 at halftime with goals from Sydney Ochieng, Benson Omala and Ronney Onyango.
In the second half, skipper Dennis Oalo slammed one home for City stars off a freekick by Dennis Wanjala but the game was to end 4-1 after Austin Odhiambo netted K’Ogalo’s fourth to put the game to bed.
Muyoti believes some of his new players are taking time to adapt to a new system, which will take until matchweek 15 or 16 before everyone is 100 percent ready to contribute to the team.
“After that, we will be able to know who is good to play, who is ready to stand up, who is ready to face the pressure,” Muyoti said.

FOOTBALL Why Michael Olunga should not be judged on goals alone despite Harambee Stars drought
Michael Olunga has faced criticism from a section of Kenyan fans over his lack of goals for Harambee Stars but he brings much more to the side
Muyoti believes his side must get back to the drawing board in order to come up with ways of trying to get their first win of the season, given they have drawn twice against Muhoroni Youth and Bidco, but were given a schooling by Johnathan McKinstry’s Green Army on Sunday.
“First two games we drew and we have lost this one. Back to the drawing board again. We have to work and make sure that we try as much as possible and win the next one.”
City Stars will face Nzoia Sugar in their fourth league match of the season.
