As they continue to strengthen their ranks ahead of their first ever season in the Uganda Premier League, NEC FC have completed the signing of midfielder Allan Mugalu.
The 23 year-old joins the Bugolobi based side on a two-year employment contract after departing the embattled Arua Hill SC.
"I'm thrilled to be joining NEC FC and playing at such a club," said Mugalu upon his unveiling on Thursday.
"I'm back home in Kampala, this is a very good place for me having started my footballing career just a few kilometers away from here."
"I am ready to give my all on the field and contribute to the team's success in every possible way," he added.

At NEC, he links up with head coach Hussein Mbalangu, with whom he worked, at Arua Hill as they joined the topflight in the 2021/22 season.
At Arua Hill in the last two top-flight campaigns, Mugalu leaves after racking up 39 league appearances,. including 19 last season.
He has become the fourth signing at NEC in the ongoing transfer window after Isaac Balyejusa, Ronald Ogenga and Sharif Lubega.
